Reformation’s design mission is to make effortless fashion using sustainable practices. Their pieces are made from sustainable materials such as rescued dead stock fabrics, and repurposed vintage clothing. Currently close to 15% of their products are made out of dead stock fabrics. They buy verified old, leftover, and over-ordered fabric from other designers and fabric warehouses. This allows them to reuse and divert these materials from the landfill.
Reformation put sustainability at the core of everything they do, and provide a quarterly sustainable report for their customers. They invest in green building infrastructure to minimise their waste, water, and energy footprints. By providing on-the-job training and opportunities for growth, they also invest in the people who make their revolution possible.
